Early Years Leader


MPS / UPS + TLR


We are looking for an experienced Teacher who has a wealth of experience in Early Years. The successful applicant will have class teacher responsibility for 3-4 year olds and alongside this use their experience and knowledge to lead our large nursery unit which comprises of three nursery classes catering for 3-4 year olds.


We are looking for an outstanding EYFS teacher with a passion for early years education. We need an experienced teacher who can:


· inspire our committed team of educators


· share their love of early years and early learning with others


· be inspired by new initiatives and driven to try new things that can improve outcomes for young children


· work with other senior teachers to plan the best opportunities for all children deliver high-quality teaching and effective use of resources


· support the Headteacher in the monitoring of the quality of teaching and children’s achievements, including the analysis of children’s outcomes



The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of early years provision and making the most of the extensive resources, vast outdoor spaces and recently refurbished classrooms with the support of the leadership team and governors.
